Colorado Local Wild Thyme Naturals "Party Organically" Vegan Party Dips
I was lucky enough to receive a sample of a few new products from Wild Thyme Naturals. I'm a huge fan of Wild Thyme aka Banzo Black Bean & Lime Hummus. Seems like every hummus company is now offering some kind of party dip or spread. I am a huge fan of Blue Moose of Boulder Salsa, not so much a hummus fan and definitely didn't like Blue Moose Party Dips. So I was very excited when the owner of Wild Thymes passed me this Sample of "Party Organically " Party Dips. The first thing I noticed was that they are all vegan. I'm not vegan but I enjoy eating like one. Im a "try-gan" and anything local, organic, and vegan sounds good to me. These dips can be enjoyed by vegans and non vegans alike, and I loved them. I'm sure these party dips will make it into the Whole Foods Market Rocky Mountain Region. I know some readers of my blog also work for WFM, if you can, you should ask for these. I hope to see them in store soon. Till then keep your eyes open and try other great products from Wild Thyme Naturals. The Black Bean & Lime Hummus is Amazing!
Local "Party Organically" Vegan and Gluten Free
Black Bean & Lime Dip
Ingredients
All 100% Organic
Black Beans
Lime
Fresh Cilantro
Sea Salt & Spices
Not to be confused with black bean & lime hummus but equally amazing. You have to be a black bean and lime fan to love this. Both flavors are equally present but I can see this being used as more then then just a dip. I would stuff this with other veggies like corn mushrooms potatoe and squash inside veggie enchiladas or with chicken or saytan for a creamy taquito or even on top of nachos. Nice texture ,thick consistency & not too limey.

Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Sea Salt & Spices
This was great with carrots.Thick and creamy with a pepper kick. The pepper flavor was deliciously strong w/hints of garlic and parsley. No oil or sugars

Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients

Artichoke Heart
Spinach
Canola oil
Red Onion
Fresh Garlic
Basil
Parsley
Lemon juice
Red wine vinegar
Sea Salt & spices
This was the BEST Vegan Spinach/Artichoke Dip Ever. Thick and chunky great with veggies or bread. I think this would toast great on bread or heat up to dip toast in. So yummy and full of flavor.

Chimichurri Dip
Ingredients

Cannelloni Beans
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion
Canola oil
Red wine vinegar
Fresh garlic
Sea salt & spices
Really enjoyed this interesting dip, chunks of cherry tomato and onions. Creamy and chunky, perfect for dipping. I would spread on a thin cracker or use in a sandwich to replace mayo and mustard for a tangy twist Addictive flavor perfect for entertaining.
